Administrative Assistant - 1st Shift Location : Portland, OR *Must be okay driving and moving box trucks from different parking lots as needed* Morgan Truck Body is the largest manufacturer of medium duty freight van bodies and refrigerated truck bodies in the U.S.

• Prefer bilingual (Eng / Span) applicants. Essential Job Functions :
• Perform data entry within JDE operating system per given instructions
• Create and update spreadsheets / scorecards as directed
• Must flex within functional areas
• Assist in scheduling and managing employee engagement events.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Assist driving trucks when needed.
• Perform other duties as required or directed by management. Qualifications :
• Able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel; Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

This includes the ability to speak and write clearly to deliver client service excellence - over the phone, through e-mail, or in all other interactions.

• Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments, consistently delivering results within required timelines and expectations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adhere to Morgan's dress code policy. Preferred Qualifications :
• Some college coursework, preferably in business, communications, administration or human resources
• An interest in administration; any related coursework J.B.
