Dietary Aide/ Server

We will train you for these positions at our 5-star senior care campus! This is a rewarding way to earn a paycheck while learning valuable skills.

There are Part Time, benefit eligible positions working Days (6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm).

Starting Wage : $16.80 / hour plus more for experience.

Potential training opportunity to cross train to cooking position available to candidate looking for an opportunity for advancement.

What does a Dietary Aide do?

• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

What does a Dietary Aide require?

• Be willing to be cross trained in other areas in food service (cooking).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
