Monarch Investment is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper at the Live on South Federal Apartments in Denver. The position is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal).
Duties will include maintaining the lawns, driveways, parking lots, property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.Monarch Investment and Management Group is a winner of the National Apartment Associations 2021 Best Places to Work.

- Responsible for light / basic tree and bush trimming- Assists maintenance staff as requested, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance to buildings, moving appliances, inspections or assisting in getting apartments ready for new tenants.
- Snow removal (When applicable)-Assist in coverage of a 24 / 7 emergency cell phone with other team members Requirements : Valid Driver's LicenseAble to work at multiple locationsGeneral knowledge of groundskeeping / landscapingSafely operate machine equipmentAccepting Applications on an ongoing basisEqual Opportunity Employer
