The Arc Nature Coast is seeking an experienced, full-time Chief Financial Officer (preferably with non-profit experience) to join our excellent support team!

We are a non-profit organization providing individually-tailored quality supports and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families, to promote their self-determination and inclusion in community life throughout their lifetime.

Your work will include oversight of our Accounting, Transportation and Facilities Management departments and you will be an active, fully-engaged support team member at our Service Support Center in Spring Hill, Florida.

Your efforts will help our support team make a positive difference in the lives of our customers with IDD.

CFO Responsibilities :

• Manage financial actions, planning, and all aspects relating to cash flow
• Asset management
• Budget development
• Maintain financial accounting functions, monthly financial / budget reporting, service invoicing, payroll coordination, inventory control, expenditure record keeping, and other miscellaneous functions related to the association's financial business operation
• Direct supervision of accounting department staff, transportation and facilities management departments.

Salary range : $75,000 - $90,000

Minimum Requirements :

• AA or BS degree in accounting preferred (experience on a year-for-year basis can substitute for educational requirement)
• 5+ years experience in direct accounting and financial reporting (non-profit experience preferred)
