Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our ever-growing rehabilitation team. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve their best health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and cutting-edge training programs.

Salary : $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits and health insurance

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patients Volume is 1-2 per hour

Insurance Mix : Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Responsibilities :

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
• Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
• Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and / or lack of supplies
• Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
• Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
• New grads are welcome!
