KR SOLAR POWERED BY LOTUS is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Appointment Setter Manager to join our team.
As a Solar Appointment Setter Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of appointment setters who generate leads and schedule appointments for our solar sales consultants.
You will play a key role in driving the success of our sales team by managing and optimizing the appointment setting process.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of solar appointment setters, providing guidance, training, and support
- Set and monitor performance targets for the appointment setters
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds lead generation and appointment scheduling goals
- Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting process
- Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to align appointment setting strategies with sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments
Requirements
- Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or appointment setting
- Proven track record of managing a successful team
- Knowledge of solar energy and the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Resilient and goal-oriented mindset
