Job Title : Senior Manager, Direct To Consumer Sales & Customer Support
Division : Consumer Products Division, Hydroviv
Location : Remote (USA based, US work rights required)
Description : The Senior DTC Sales (Inside Sales) & Customer Support Manager will lead and manage the sales and customer support teams to achieve sales targets, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall growth for Hydroviv.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in DTC sales, customer support, and team leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Day to day leadership and development of inside sales & customer service teams working remotely, interacting with customers through online chat, email, website and social media
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales and customer support teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and manage a sales program to train and align team.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
- Oversee the development and implementation of customer support processes and systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales and customer support metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Stay current with technology and industry trends and best practices to ensure Hydroviv remains competitive.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in DTC sales and customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a DTC environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM and customer support software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for customer service and a customer-centric approach.
