Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the Education team. In this role, you will lead acquisition marketing efforts for brightwheel's education product, Experience Curriculum.
You have a proven track record of successfully executing acquisition marketing campaigns in fast-moving business environments.
You excel at cross-functional collaboration, effectively prioritizing and executing projects that align with company goals and adapt swiftly to evolving business needs.
You are adept at using data to draw out insights and continuously improve acquisition strategies to maximize leads and leads-to-closed won conversion.
You are an outstanding communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
And of course, you are passionate about Early Childhood Education!
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute cross-channel acquisition plans : Create acquisition marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales conversion goals.
- Own Paid Marketing performance : Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of paid channels (e.g., SEM, social, remarketing) in collaboration with core marketing team to drive marketing performance in line with budget.
- Craft Compelling Messaging : Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience;
identify customer segmentation opportunities to drive targeted messaging for unique customer needs.
- Drive continuous learnings : Identify opportunities for insight generation through a / b testing roadmaps; continuously refine acquisition approach based upon learnings.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with central Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Track and Measure Success : Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts.
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 4+ years related marketing experience, including with paid marketing channels, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing cross channel marketing campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, and high-quality execution
- Experience partnering with sales and product teams
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment
- Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- A creative problem solver, adept at removing obstacles and finding solutions to key business challenges
- Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, effectively influencing and managing expectations with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions
- Experience with data visualization and dash boarding tools such as Tableau a plus
$90,000 - $149,000 a year

For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
