Snelling is hiring for an exceptional Architect Manager for a Birmingham firm with a team of creatively talented and technically skilled professionals! Starting Salary is $50,000-80,000, depending on skills / experience
The successful Architect Manager will :
Have a professional degree in architecture and 8-10 years of experience working in established architectural and / or design firms.
Licensure is required.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office programs, as well as familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have a strong background in designing structures to meet building and zoning codes, and other state and / or regional codes and ordinances.
- Have experience with the permitting and bidding processes.
- Have the ability to interact professionally with clients, handle engineering consultant coordination, and interface with contractors for design intent follow through.
- Bring a strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and desire to constantly learn
