Must include references that cover 1 year of employment within the last 3 years. This year does not have to be consecutive.
Job Description : Local candidates are approved at travel rates. A later start date in December is acceptable.- Candidates with a pending Washington license are welcome.
- Previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.
- Floating : Travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scope of practice if needed. A designated float team floats first within a 40-mile radius or less.
Travelers are responsible for their transportation when floating.- Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and / or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours spent. Modules over 20 hours require prior approval.
