Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Tele (Nights)
Location : Fort Worth, TX
Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Schedule : 3 Shifts Per Week (36 Hours)
Salary Range : $32 - $53 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Tele team for night shifts in Fort Worth, TX.
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing healthcare team that is committed to delivering high-quality care.
As an RN in the Med Tele unit, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring telemetry monitoring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify health issues, and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status, particularly those requiring telemetry.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in electronic medical records.
- Participate in department improvement projects, committees, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes and care quality.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Knowledge of medical terminology, health management practices, and medication administration.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a Med Tele or telemetry unit.
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
