We are seeking a Call Center Sales Associate to join our team! A Great Opportunity for Experienced Sale Professionals For an Authorized AT&T Call Center You will be responsible for closing sales.
Position Description : Acquire new customers in pre-determined territories. Prepare and execute customer sales application and arrange delivery.
Responsible for meeting predetermined sales objectives. responsible for performing all work-related tasks in compliance with company policy.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Position requirements :
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales skills through 1-2 years related experience
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ambitious and have ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Bilingual Spanish - English
Compensation :
Hourly rate $14 plus commission. This is a sales opportunity with tremendous income possibilities. Representatives earn commission on each customer signed plus productivity incentives
