Job Description
Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare / Academic Projects - Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities
- Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals are being met
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure that all project deliverable are completed on time and within budget
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management

The Successful Applicant
Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare / Academic Projects - Successful Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in the commercial, academic, and / or health care sectors
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards
- Experience with construction software and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
