- Successful in identifying and working with key healthcare decision-makers
Commercial Real Estate Agent Requirements :
- 3+ years of successful business expansion and customer relationship development
- Must have or secure a Real Estate License for the state you are working in
- Organized with the ability to multi-task while working within time constraints
- Strong communication, computer, and people skills with the desire to win
- Financially able to support yourself during the business ramp-up period
