Night (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM) and Day (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM); Every Other Weekend (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH), No Call Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours Per Week Experience : 2 Years Required, with exceptions based on unit requirements License : Valid WI License Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have : - Experience with ventilators and invasive lines - Experience with titration of multiple medications - Patient care experience in Stroke / Neuro, Post MI, GI Bleeds, Overdose, Renal Failure, and Respiratory Failure Job Description : - Provide nursing care in the MICU for critically ill patients - Potential float to Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) for patient care and Medical-Surgical departments for 1 : 1 observation patients - Complete orientation with 8 hours allocated, including required modules - Comply with mandatory vaccination policies and complete background initiation and laboratory appointments within the required timeframe - Adjust schedule to meet compliance requirements, including laboratory visits for new assignments - Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities during orientation and throughout the assignment
