SUMMARY

Plans, organizes, supervises, and participates in the operations and activities of the operation’s inventory levels across the premises;

train, assign, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and organizes stock areas and its staff activities
  • Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily stock operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory
  • Assists senior and on-site management with stock related projects
  • Ensures inventory and shrink goals are achieved
  • Order placement with appropriate vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods for the midway games
  • Ensures operation is fully stocked and that merchandise and visual standards are met
  • Works with on-site management team to minimize product write-offs
  • Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery to the store rooms; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the operation;

file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and records as required

  • Conduct accurate weekly inventory cycle counts as required by the company every Monday
  • Operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required
  • Operate and demonstrate use of specialized stocking equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of stock vehicles (e.

g., golf carts, box trucks, rentals) and equipment

  • Observe health and safety regulations; maintain stock areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
  • Assist on-site management in establishing stock area standards and procedures; advise of budget- related needs; assist in the bid process for various supplies as required
  • Carries out related duties in other operations throughout the United States to support the needs of the Company
  • Ensures that the site operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Conducts self in a positive manner when dealing with park personnel, guests, and vendors
  • Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas, and taking corrective actions
  • Prepares all necessary reports and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
