Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and support to the maintenance department while ensuring optimal equipment performance and product quality.
Job Duties :
- Oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training and guidance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Must be bilingual
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
