- Physical Therapy License in NY (active physical therapist)
- Compassionate and comfortable working with seniors
Additional Information
- We work with Medicare - eligible patients. So our patient population is mainly geriatrics.
- We are a Medicare Part B practice.
- Physical Therapist can choose to accept patients on a case-by-case basis.

Expectations
- Physical therapist should be able to travel between the homes of patients in your chosen area
- Provide a level of care that you would want to your grandparents to receive!!
- Timely submission of documentation using our chosen EMR, WebPT
- Good communication between the front desk and therapists is very important. We use text / email for most communication
- Eagerness to progress your patients to their highest potential level and help us debunk the myth that homecare therapy is poor and lacks skill : )
