Salary : $21.00 hourly, or DOE
The Arrow House, which offers a comprehensive clinically-based treatment option for adolescents and their families, is seeking a skilled and qualified Program Aide who is interested in making a difference and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients undergoing treatment for mental health conditions and / or substance dependence.
- Facilitate daily activities in a residential treatment setting.
- Transport clients to doctor appointments and nightly activities using company vehicles.
- Observe and monitor clients' behavior, documenting observations in EMR system (KIPU)
- Assist with the supervision of medication protocols.
- Communicate effectively with therapists and treatment providers to optimize client care.
- Conduct UA drug screen collections when directed, following appropriate procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Detail-oriented individual with a desire to guide positive change in at-risk teens.
- Possess a good sense of humor and flexibility to adapt to changes during shifts.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Compensation and Requirements :
- Starting at $21.00 per hour (or DOE) with opportunities for internal promotions.
- Shift differentials offered for overnight shifts.
- Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- A valid driver's license is a prerequisite.
