Pay : $18.21 Per Hour
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Is familiar with all aspects of operations for which the team lead is responsible.
- If necessary, can fill in for any position or perform any service required by that location.
- Promotes a teamwork philosophy through leading by example.
- Leads the work group in delivering high levels of guest service.
- Assists with administering a time and attendance system, including building work schedules, assigning employees, notifying employees of any changes, and monitoring employee attendance.
- Assists with training, re-training and development of employees.
- Provides feedback, reinforcement, or coaching to employees through continual or periodically.
- Keeps records that are current, accurate, and accessible.
- Models appropriate dress, grooming, and performance.
- When possible, resolves conflicts between employees, escalating to higher levels when appropriate.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Remains composed under pressure and maintains control in all situations.
- Maintains safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Maintains strict confidentiality related to work information (in accordance with HIPAA).
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualification and Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
- May require a have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and present a safe driving record.
- Must be able to work legally in the United States.
- Must pass background and drug screenings.
- Previous experience in one or more of the areas in which the team lead will supervise.
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Required to meet immunization or health screening requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements :
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear.
- Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distances.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours is sometimes required.
