What you will accomplish :
Drive development & timely delivery of research for key priorities on the roadmap
Help drive key features, products, or initiatives based on company priorities
Lead primary user research on improvements to make and define excellent customer experiences leveraging multiple methods such as usability studies, in-depth interviews, ethnography, surveys, diary studies, etc.
Foster strong relationships with Design, Product, and Business partners to deliver impact for the area through insights
Employ storytelling techniques and workshops to communicate research insights and recommendations, and help teams turn insights into action
Actively contribute to the always-growing UX Research practice at company
What you will bring :
Masters or PhD in Anthropology, Sociology, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, a related field and 5-7+ years of experience in applied user experience research settings (8-10+ without advanced degree)
Experience successfully impacting design and product decisions to benefit the customers and the business
Deep understanding of UX Research discipline fundamentals and some advanced-level techniques; strong familiarity advocating for UX Research best practices
Expert use of UX Research tools
Practical experience in deploying qualitative and quantitative research methods throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch in a large scale environment across multiple teams
Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
