- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Monitor and record patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on communication techniques and strategies.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.- Uphold professional standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
