- The firm has been in business for over 40 years and its owners are committed to continued future growth
- The firm offers a complete and holistic approach to water management from testing & analysis, system cleaning & treatment, control equipment design & installation, to remote system monitoring
- The company’s primary offices and R&D facility are located on the west coast
Position
- Due to the growth of the firm, they need a Regional Sales Manager in Southern California
- This person will manage sales and service personnel in California and surrounding states
- This person will be responsible for setting and executing regional sales strategies
- This person will work closely with other sales and service personnel in different geographies to fully leverage the firm's strengths nationwide
- Regional Managers provide support, guidance, and training to enable their direct reports to set account strategies / goals / priorities for customers
- This person is the face of the firm to senior management at customers and suppliers
- This position is home-office based but
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Five or more years of industrial water treatment service or sales experience is required
- Prior experience managing industrial water treatment sales or service personnel is required
- The company values self-motivated individuals who have strong communication and interpersonal skills
