Launch Your Sales Career : Part-Time Sales Development Rep (Commission-Only)

CloudHire is searching for a driven and results-oriented Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team.

In this commission-only role, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth by prospecting for new leads, qualifying them, and setting appointments for our experienced closers.

Supported Selling : We provide you with everything you need to succeed, including a dialer, sales training, proven scripts, and a pipeline of qualified inbound leads (6-8 per month) to jumpstart your sales journey.

Remote Opportunity but can be required to travel and meet clients for business development.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

Prospect for and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound strategies.

Conduct outreach calls using our proven scripts to generate interest and schedule appointments.

Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A coachable and eager-to-learn attitude.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using a computer and phone for sales outreach.

A drive to succeed and exceed targets in a commission-based environment.

Bonus Points :

Previous sales experience (B2B preferred).

Experience with cold calling and prospecting techniques.
