POSITION SUMMARY
The contract Walmart Sales Analyst is a hybrid-eligible role that offers flexible hours and pays a competitive rate. This role reports directly to the Sr.
Analyst & Business Development Manager and plays a crucial role in supporting our Walmart Sales Team. This position offers a range of responsibilities, including reporting and results tracking, implementing quotes, setting up items, managing samples, conducting in-store and online audits, and providing overall project support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITES
- Prepare weekly and daily reporting as directed by Sr. Analyst & Business Development Manager including Scorecards, 9999 Reports, New Item Trackers, Feature Trackers, Rollback Reporting, and other reports as required.
- Prepare and submit product quotes in Retail Link Quote Management System by required deadlines, maintaining all necessary updates after initial submission.
- Implement all Item Set Ups for Walmart and Sam's Club and manage ongoing item maintenance.
- Oversee the product sample process for the Layout Center, and other sample requests, including but not limited to ordering, receiving, and labeling quotes by the identified deadlines.
- Assist Sr. Director of Sales and Sr. Analyst & Business Development Manager with Mod set up and maintenance at the Bentonville office.
- Manage Audits and tracking on Walmart.com, providing updates to Walmart Sales Team including pricing (key driver items), features and promotional item performance and status, searchability optimization, and reviews tracking.
- Collaborate with VTech Marketing team on Price Spider analysis for competitive retailer pricing.
- Work with VTech Marketing on updates and management of PDP's.
- Assist in general office management of the Bentonville office.
- Collaborate through communication and teamwork with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous, and professional manner.

POSITION SKILLS
- Must have experience using Retail Link. Experience with QMS (Quote Management System) and Item 360 is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning / organizing skills : capable of managing major projects simultaneously.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
- 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience with Walmart or Supplier support
- Bachelor's degree : or any combination of experience and education that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to perform essential functions of this role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Duties are primarily performed in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a 40 hour per week position. Core hours will be set between individual and manager and will be based on business needs.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Job duties may be performed approximately 70% from home office and 30% from the Bentonville office, subject to business needs.
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected 10% of the time.
