Lightyear Health is looking to partner with Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physicians to contribute to our company's growth and expansion.

We are a healthcare startup changing what it means for patients to function optimally by delivering accessible, proactive PM&R consultative services in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.

We are building a technology enabled platform that reduces the administrative burden for clinicians, helps improve clinical outcomes for patients and surface outcomes data delivered by you.

Broadly, we would love your help in building out the clinical model and technology platform.

There are a few different ways we partner with our physician contractors, which all include the ability to determine your own schedule .

These roles enable you to grow your influence, impact, and income while maintaining the flexibility your schedule requires.

Patient Rounding

• Round on patients in SNFs to assist them in reducing readmissions, restoring optimal physical function and help them improve their quality of life
• Diagnose patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment and care plans

APP Supervision

• Supervise, train, and develop a dedicated team of APPs to deliver high-quality care in an evolving novel delivery model
• Conduct in person and telemedicine visits for complicated rehab patients, any relevant prescriptions and training APPs

SNF Partnerships

Build and maintain productive, mutually beneficial relationships with SNF partners in various geographies to ensure optimal patient care

Anticipated Compensation

We offer a generous and customizable revenue-sharing model.

• Direct patient care : $340K - $520K per year for full time 5 days / week of clinical care
• APP Supervision : $40K - $80K per APP per year

Your exact earnings will depend on the ways in which you partner with us and your ability to grow and strengthen the clinical practice.

Physicians at Lightyear Health are responsible for meeting and complying with our credentialing verification processes, clinical standards, health screenings, and vaccination policies at all times.

It is the physicians' responsibility to ensure that your licenses, certifications, and credentials are kept up to date and in good standing.
