Purpose :

NEP Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support the sales team in forecasting / budget management as well as pricing development and investment analysis.

This is an exceptional opportunity to have high impact through driving financial, commercial, and operational change in a fast paced environment for new product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process for a set of product offerings across the US.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive efficiencies and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the commercial department.

Position Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience in commercial finance or related roles, preferably in the tech or service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid position with 2-3 days in office
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus.
