Job Description : As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure that we meet our commitments and deliver exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email, handling complaints with professionalism, diagnosing and resolving problems or issues, monitoring delivery routes, scanning haul-away pods, verifying stamps, and processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing timely and courteous assistance.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues efficiently, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records and compliance with company policies.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Preffered / Bilingual English / Spanish
- Strong customer service skills with a drive to resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational skills.
