Location : Oklahoma City
Position Overview :
We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join us in providing exceptional medical care at our partner facilities.
Our NPs play a crucial role in managing patients' medical needs, ensuring high-quality primary and preventative care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate as a member of the facility medical staff to manage patients' ongoing medical needs.
- Provide primary and preventative care, including admission and discharge assessments, physical exams, medication reviews, and evaluations of changes in patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, facility staff, the Medical Director, and patients' physicians.
- Document patient care in the facility system and track billing using our mobile billing app.
Qualifications :
- Valid RN / APRN license in Oklahoma
- Current CS / DEA licenses
- National certification as an ANP, FNP, or GNP
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology preferred
- Nursing experience in ICU, ER, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus
Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive salary of $120,000 annually
- Monthly performance bonus of $2,000 after reaching productivity goals (16-18 visits per day)

Schedule :
- Full-Time : Monday to Friday, including on-call / phone triage duties
- On-call hours : 8 AM - 6 PM (Daytime)
