We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Design & Content Manager who specializes in social media design and content creation.
As a Graphic Design & Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs and engaging content across various digital platforms.
You should have a strong background in digital design, with expertise in social media, email design, and content creation.
Responsibilities :
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media platforms.
- Design and execute engaging social media content, including static posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
- Schedule and post social media content on various platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and incorporate them into designs and content.
- Utilize your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design visually appealing email templates.
- Design and create engaging email content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Leverage Klaviyo CRM to create personalized and targeted email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing strategies and optimize performance.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating high-quality designs.
- Utilize WordPress skills to design blog templates that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Create short format videos, GIFs, and reels to engage the audience across digital platforms.
- Work with digital apps such as Canva and Unfold to design captivating visual content.
- Manage a master calendar to coordinate content across various platforms, including social media and the website.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns to meet marketing objectives and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts and captions that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and persuasive content.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years' social media experience in a marketing organization, retail preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a minimum of 5 years of experience required.
- Canva, Unfold, Klaviyo, Word Press - Experience and skill set is a must.
- Experience in creating short format videos, GIFs, and reels with graphics.
- Proven track record of incorporating and using the newest and emerging social media content formats such as Instagram Live, Twitter Spaces, Reels, TikTok etc.
- Proven track record in designing social media content and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills to build content publishing calendars and create stories for our audiences.
- Proficient in social media metrics and analytics.
- Highly creative taskmaster and innovative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising social media strategies to go after them.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Avid photographer / videographer with a keen passion for the photo industry trends and news.
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of work at all times.
This role requires three on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity.
A standard 40-hour work week is expected.
The salary range for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
