• Answerphone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed
• Helpwith registration strategies, such as distributing guest identifications orstudent ID cards
• Helpwith managerial errands, like booking arrangements, overseeing mail, and takingcare of deliveries
• Handleprivate data with discretion and keep a high level of professionalism

Qualifications :

• Bachelor'sdegree in a related field
• 1-3yrsexperience in the related field
• Previousexperience in visitor services, customer service, or a related role is an asset
• Strongorganizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively
