We are looking for a receptionist to join our veterinary care team.
Duties would include :
- Greeting all clients and pets, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answering phones.
- Checking clients in and out, processing payments.
- Handling medication refill requests.
- Monitoring and responding to email and text communications.
- Opening and / or closing the office.
- Occasional animal handling may be required.
Requirements :
Experience in the veterinary field very much preferred.
