What you'll do We are looking for a dynamic and effective Senior Technical Program Manager to drive Cloud Engineering and Data Privacy programs as part of the Product & Technology Program Management organization.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving various Cloud Engineering initiatives with a focus on Data Privacy, GDPR, and Trust in close partnership with teams across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and other Program Managers.

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing end-to-end cloud engineering programs, excel at influencing without authority, dealing with ambiguity, capable of operating at all levels, and are able to understand technical details quickly.

You will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the outcome, brings simplified solutions to complex problems in a technical environment, and does what they say they will do.

You must be comfortable operating in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment; bringing order to chaos. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Program Management.

Responsibility Provide action on sensitive data privacy processes and workflows while driving future outcomes that will reduce manual intervention and improve both internal and external customer experiences Provide connection and collaboration between both internal and customer-facing teams to help resolve issues and escalations, improve current processes Demonstrate understanding of complex data flows and interconnected systems and rapidly fill knowledge gaps by becoming a trusted advisor and expert in the space Drive alignment to and execution of high stakes cross-functional initiatives and programs Oversee end-to-end program execution across teams / groups, including risk management, communication, issue / conflict resolution and dependency management Collaborate with responsible partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage and mitigate program risks Organize and lead cadence-based stakeholders / leadership meetings, tracking actions, providing timely communication of program status, schedule, risks, and blockers Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency, overall team performance and efficiency around key cross-org programs Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and transparency Job Designation Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job.

What you bring Basic 8+ years of leading large scale, complex, cross-functional global programs Ability to develop clear program strategies and high-level program plans Experience building strong cross-team relationships and partnerships Ability to synthesize data from various streams and present in a digestible bite size manner to upper management and execution teams Experience curating program metrics and creating dashboards / scorecards for overall project health and progress Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent Preferred Strong business acumen and technical background especially around Azure, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical and product concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences Strong organizational skills with ability to deal with ambiguity, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Azure related certification or work experience Experience driving data privacy programs and processes is a plus Experience driving cloud engineering programs in an enterprise SaaS environment Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and delivering solutions Strong negotiation skills with cross-functional teams (influencer) Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations : California : $134,900 - $216,975 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area) : $129,000 - $190,550 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
