How You Will Contribute :

You are a key ingredient in keeping our operations safe and productive. Your contributions include :

• Cleaning : Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting restrooms, windows, and other surfaces.
• Waste Collection : Collecting trash and recyclables from various areas within the plant and ensuring proper disposal.
• Pest Control : Communicating findings, neutralizing pests, and sanitizing affected areas.
• Physical Tasks : Demonstrating physical stamina by lifting and carrying heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and operating processing equipment.
• Attention to Detail : Following instructions precisely to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Team Collaboration : Working independently or as part of a team to meet cleaning and maintenance standards.
• Flexibility : Being available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
• Transportation Skills : Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required.

• Education / Certifications : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Job-Specific Requirements : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel Requirements : None.
• Work Schedule : Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
• Payrate : 21.60 per hour.
