Pay Range : $75.00 - $83.00 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead AI Projects : Drive AI projects from creation to realization, overcoming challenges and delivering beneficial AI solutions.
- Create and Adapt Processes : Define and implement processes with approval checkpoints, ensuring compliance and timely project completion.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Partner with various departments, including Engineering, Legal, and Security, to ensure AI projects align with organizational goals and compliance.
- Monitor and Manage Multiple Projects : Oversee and advance numerous AI projects daily, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Define AI Solution Paths : Work with engineering teams to structure unstructured AI projects, defining deliverables, and setting timelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven Experience in AI Project Leadership : At least 3 major AI projects where the candidate has successfully led and delivered AI solutions.
- Strong Process Management Skills : Ability to create, adapt, and manage processes that align with compliance and organizational goals.
- Collaboration with Multiple Departments : Recent experience interacting with various teams, including Engineering, Security, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure project success.
