We’re searching for a dedicated Admissions Representative to join our client's team in beautiful Irvine, CA!
Role : Admissions Representative
Company : Nationwide Behavioral Healthcare Organization
Location : Irvine, CA On-site
Pay Rate : $22 / hour
Positions Available
- Overnight Shift : Sunday - Thursday, 9 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 AM PST
- Daytime Shift : Monday - Friday, 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM PST
Position Summary :
The Admissions Representative's role involves handling incoming calls, gathering demographic and insurance information from callers, providing basic program information, qualifying leads, and converting leads into pre-admissions (cases) for transfer to Admissions Coordinators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Follow up on leads and web inquiries, assigning them to Coordinators after initial contact is made.
- Address department voicemails and abandoned calls.
- Record and monitor call types using Call Tracking.
- Follow up on calls from Treatment Consultants.
- Send out shift reports as needed.
Education and Experience :
- Behavioral health experience
- Call center experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing demands
