Estimator and APM for Commercial Construction
A highly-respected General Contractor in Raleigh NC, with a backlog of projects, is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team.
Looking for someone with excellent people skills and proven work history with Commercial Construction from Ground Up.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction
- Responsible to oversee profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients and design teams
- Track, price and negotiate project cost changes
