The Production Team Member is a member of the Manufacturing Production Team and will be responsible for contributing to the hands-on production of the Company’s world-class vehicles and / or electric vehicle powertrains.
The team member’s pride in quality craftsmanship and commitment to punctual attendance are crucial for our team to achieve success.
Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation, as necessary.
Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
Required Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Must have command of the English language both written & verbal
Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform similar actions during the workday.
