The Sales & Brand Growth Director is a servant leader with a deep understanding and love for our guests and our community.

They develop and execute a strategic marketing vision that amplifies both sales and brand growth in the restaurant and community through events, catering and more.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Communication skills
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Growth minded

Responsibilities :

  • Leverage resources and tools provided by corporate to better understand current and potential guests
  • Proactively manage and analyze sales forecasts and trends
  • Track performance and compare benchmarks
  • Create and execute a marketing plan for the organization
  • Execute a system for evaluating our marketing activities and modify accordingly
  • Plan and execute in-restaurant events
  • Have a community presence and spread brand awareness
  • Act as an ambassador for the organization to the community
  • Seek events in the community, plan and execute participation
  • Build catering sales and provide assistance in-restaurant as needed in execution

The Sales & Brand Growth Director position is a full-time position that will require some flexibility in hours. This will include some early mornings, some evenings and some weekends.
