iVision Consulting is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Enterprise Architect to support a dynamic and multifunctional team in support of a federal CIO organization.
The ideal candidate has experience in designing and defining business, organizational, and technology architectures for integration across multiple domains, platforms, and applications throughout the enterprise.
Must have demonstrated experience applying EA concepts to develop value and outcome-based work products. The candidate must demonstrate excellent management consulting skills, including the ability to work independently and within a team to develop complex work products with high-visibility.

What You'll Do
- Develop architectural documentation, including process models, design patterns, data models, and system integration diagrams, in accordance with TOGAF framework.
- Lead and participate in architectural and business needs assessment workshops and meetings to produce architectural content and document architectural considerations.
- Ability to assess current and emerging technologies in cybersecurity, application development, and AI / ML to formulate executive-level presentations.
- Ability to assess alignment of proposed solutions and emerging technologies to agency IT strategies and provide executive-level summaries of alignment assessments.
- Develop and visualize use cases, operational views, taxonomies, and other enterprise architecture artifacts to logically represent the inter-relationships and interdependencies across an ecosystem of organizations, roles and responsibilities, functions, programs, systems, and other entities inherent to enterprise processes across an organization.
- Develop As-Is and To-Be business process architectures and make recommendations to realize efficiencies and drive mission planning / execution outcomes.
- Provide architectural oversight and support through project lifecycles, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Federal government experience
- 6+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect with proven ability to effectively conceptualize, design, build, and refine operational views and related visualizations of enterprise processes consistent with TOGAF (primary), FEAF (secondary) and other related EA enterprise architecture standards
- 6+ years of technical writing experience with enterprise architecture, at minimum, for multiple audiences including Government C-level executives
- Knowledge of Congressional mandates and laws (e.g., Clinger-Cohen, FITARA, FISMA, etc.) that influence EA reviews and governance
- Experience providing technical EA reviews of enterprise and IT system documentation.
- Experience with managing and updating EA Technical Reference Models (TRMs) and EA repositories / technology catalogs / IT system inventories
- Solid knowledge of AI / ML, Cloud and RPA, Cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and CX.
- Direct experience developing engaging presentations and work products using PowerPoint and Word
- Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
