Description :

Job Summary : This position is responsible for managing the overall approach and plan for attracting and retaining client companies for the organization’s EAP services and generating exclusive partnerships to continue to grow and sustain the business.

The incumbent will develop, implement, and monitor, a tactical plan that : maintains current the EAP client base, identifies growth areas for potential clients, and includes measurable objectives.

To be successful in this position it is important that the individual have subject matter expertise in one or more of the following : employee assistance programs, prevention, organizational leadership, change management, non-profit management, human resources, workplace wellness.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's public image through strategic marketing initiatives.

This public-facing position requires exceptional public speaking skills, relationship-building capabilities, and expertise in creating compelling content for both social media and printed materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

Leadership & Management

  • Lead and provide direct supervision to department staff who occupy the following positions : Manager of Accounts, Manager of Training and Professional Development, Accounts and Data Administrator, Manager of Data and Quality, Administrative Supervisor, and Training Specialist.
  • Collaborate with Director of EA Services to identify risks and concerns of note and use the data to inform HR / managers / leaders of client companies.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key contacts of client companies, community partners, and other external constituents.
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Finance to ensure information that feeds the deferred revenue schedule and client company invoicing is kept up to date.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and leverage opportunities.

Relationship Building & Maintenance :

  • Continuously expand our business reach by leveraging networking techniques and exploring new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key contacts of existing client companies.
  • Represent the organization at public events and meetings with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with company executives, human resources professionals, and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Marketing :

  • Promote the company’s products and services through implementation of marketing strategies such as, but not limited to, memberships in chambers of commerce, partnerships with benefits / insurance brokers, attendance at industry meetings and conferences, and conducting presentations (such as public webinars) to raise the profile of the program.
  • Expand our business reach by leveraging networking techniques and exploring new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our offerings, demonstrating how they solve customer problems.
  • Conduct research into industry trends and public perception to inform marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and campaigns.

Content Creation & Management :

  • Oversee social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and printed materials.
  • Actively engage with the community on social media.

Quality Assurance

  • Evaluate account management processes and procedures through client company / client feedback; develop and implement necessary action plans for improvement.
  • Constructively utilize and actively participate in formal and peer supervision to evaluate and improve effectiveness in providing services to clients;

this includes participation in regular quality improvement review processes.

  • Pursue ongoing professional development through provided in-service trainings, reading professional literature, and attending relevant workshops and conferences.
  • Contribute to the overall success and quality of the organization by working constructively and collaboratively with other staff members to address programmatic and agency-wide issues and needs.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following : employee assistance programs, prevention, organizational leadership, change management, non-profit management, human resources, workplace wellness.
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, philanthropy, employee benefits / insurance, within related fields such as human services, social services, education.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Power BI a plus.
  • Well developed, verbal, written and dynamic presentation skills.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
