Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Capable of working multiple projects at one time.
- Effectively plan, implement, control, report, and provide updates on all projects.
- Contract management to include execution of the contractual scope, terms and conditions, project deliverables and completion of committed duties.
- Generate project schedules and deliver monthly status reports to clients.
- Process change orders to include scope, impact, cost, schedule requirements, and negotiate equitable resolution to the contract adjustment with the client.
- Coordination with team members to ensure effective use of internal resources.
- Oversee project deliverables with cross functional teams to support milestone completion.
- Provide customer advocacy within Sundyne and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Effectively communicate client expectations and information to internal and external teams.
- Monitor and maintain positive cash flow through management of timely progress billings, appropriate change order generation and completion of projects.
- Maintain high quality standards through creation of inspection & testing plans, coordination of customer witness testing and assembly of final document dossiers.
- Interface with logistics to meet export control compliance to US and international law.
- Ability to quantify and mitigate project risk.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of Sundyne’s project management processes, systems, standards, and tools.
- Deliver projects in accordance with the customer specification and Sundyne’s standards, budget & schedules without compromising quality.
Skills & Abilities Required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Suite experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field required
- 3-5 years of related Project Management work.
- Experience working with customers, end users, engineering procurement companies and sales channels.
- Experience in leading and directing the work of other individuals assigned to the team to include; engineers, designers, drafters and document coordinators to achieve project goals.
- Ability to provide leadership to both factory and engineering personnel and align project teams’ efforts to meet or exceed project goals.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and customer negotiation to effectively execute a complex project.
Desired Education and Experience Requirements :
- Project Management experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Oil and Gas.
- Familiar with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards.
- International experience.
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures used in the oil and gas, chemical or related industry.

Compensation Details
Annual Salary : $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
Additional Compensation
The Salary offered will be determined based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position.
This position may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan with a target of up to 30% of base salary, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
Payment is based on individual performance against established sales targets. This position may also be eligible to receive a Relocation bonus, payable as a taxable lump sum, in accordance with the Sundyne Relocation Policy.
