Wage : $17.50 Hourly + monthly commission
Position Overview :
- The Customer Service and Sales Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental.
- Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections.
- Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support.
Qualifications :
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to build relationships with customers.
- This position requires strong multitasking.
- The ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
- Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
