Responsibilities :
- Receive and process commercial HVAC service maintenance requests from facilities managers and clients.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with service technicians and clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and facilities managers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Prioritize and dispatch service technicians for both routine maintenance and emergency service calls.
- Monitor service progress and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
- Track and manage service technician schedules and workloads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service requests and activities.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in coordinating commercial HVAC service maintenance requests.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, terminology, and service procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using scheduling and dispatching software.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices is a plus.
