My team and I are working with a company near Boston MA who is looking for a Plant Manager. They are in the beverage manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have STRONG leadership skills and a background of plant management within the food and beverage industry.

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of experience in Plant Management in the food and beverage industry

10+ years of experience working in a highspeed manufacturing plant

The Plant Manager will oversee 100+ employees

They will offer relocation for the right candidate

Salary range : $160k-$180k depending on experience

20% annual bonus
