Job Responsibility 1 :
Operates telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Job Responsibility 2 :
Greets persons entering establishment, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escort them to specific destinations.
Job Responsibility 3 :
Performs administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or computers to work with specific programs, invoices, spread sheets, or other documents.

Communicates with customers, employees, and other professionals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Job Responsibility 5 :
Reviews files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

COMPLEXITY OFWORK : Complexityof Work addresses the analysis, initiative, ingenuity, creativity, andconcentration required by the position and the presence of any unusualpressures.
Performs semi-routine work involving set proceduresand rules, but with frequent problems; requires normal attention with shortperiods of concentration for accurate results or occasional exposure to unusualpressure.

EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS : ExperienceRequirements refers to the amount of work experience that is required forentry into the position that would result in reasonable expectation that theperson can perform the tasks required by the position.
Minimumof two years’ applicable experience.
