Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Jet Broker at Monarch Air Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Private Jet Broker will be responsible for managing and facilitating private jet charter bookings, providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the private aviation industry and aircraft types
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in luxury travel or high-end customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
