Employ is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative II (BDR II) to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our award-winning platform.
You'll captivate prospective customers, generating high-quality opportunities for our Sales Team. Your mission is to unlock, nurture, and guide leads at the initial stages of their journey with Employ.
The Business Development Representative Team is responsible for converting inbound leads and outbound prospects into qualified sales opportunities for Employ.
This is a sales-focused career path. The BDR role functions as an extension of the Employ Sales teams. The overall mission of the Business Development team is to find and build cloud opportunities for net new customers.
As a BDR II, you will leverage digital sales technologies, social tools, and offerings to build a pipeline and win business.
This role is a hybrid role that will require onsite attendance three days a week.

- Learn how to use digital prospecting tools (Outreach.io, SFDC, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and others) to identify key contacts and target accounts.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding individual and team goals and metrics through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.
- Qualify, and nuture leads to ensure they will convert into a qualified sales pipeline
- Actively engage in training programs to gain expertise in Employ’s product offerings and competitive landscape.
- Develop skills necessary for successful lead generation with the opportunity to grow your career as a successful Sales Professional.
What you’ll be doing :
- Engage in outbound sales, demand generation, and marketing activities.
- Lead research, cold calling, pipeline development, and prospect connections.
- Host discovery calls to identify and organize customer needs.
- Manage and document leads efficiently in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Forge new business connections to enhance sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to accelerate sales cycles.
- Achieve outstanding results both individually and as part of a team.
What you will bring :
- Experience working in a professional setting is preferred in a SaaS or high-tech environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability and desire to thrive in a continuously evolving and quickly growing environment.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous phone sales experience is a plus.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
