Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of civil, environmental, and construction engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities : Assist in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and monitor project progress.

  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.- Perform calculations and analyses to support project designs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.- Participate in project meetings and provide input on engineering solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.- Support the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

  • EIT certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Preferred Qualifications : Internship or co-op experience in the civil, environmental, or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.- Knowledge of sustainable design and environmental regulations.
