ResponsibilitiesPe rforms nursing duties within the NYSED Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice.Maintains current medical, medication, anecdotal, and immunization records on all assigned individuals daily, monthly, and / or annually as specified by regulations.

Administers prescribed medical treatments / medications to individuals according to physician's orders and maintains accurate record keeping to include : physician's orders, acquisition, storage, and disposal.
